Tokavo Payment Terms & Conditions
These payment terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the procedures for billing and payment for all purchases made through Tokavo’s website (“Site”). By placing an order through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Order Acceptance and Payment Processing
When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products. Our order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of that offer; rather, it is a confirmation that we have received your order. You can pay effortlessly using PayPal, one of the world’s most trusted online payment platforms. Once you confirm your order, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure checkout to complete the payment.
You have two options:
- Use Your PayPal Account: Simply log in with your credentials and confirm the transaction.
- Checkout as Guest: No PayPal account? No problem! You can pay directly using your credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) on the PayPal page — no signup required.
Payment Authorization and Verification
By placing an order through the Site, you authorize our third-party payment processor and us to charge the full amount of your purchase to the payment method you provided. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provided.
To maintain the security of our customers and prevent fraud, we reserve the right to verify your payment information before processing your order. In the event that we are unable to verify your payment information, we may cancel your order or request additional information from you. This may include, but is not limited to, requesting additional documentation or identification. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the cancellation of your order.
Billing and Shipping Information

Chargebacks
In the event that you dispute a charge on your credit card statement (initiate a chargeback), Tokavo may initiate a dispute with the credit card company or bank that issued your card. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to cooperate fully with Tokavo in the chargeback process and provide any information or documentation requested by us or the credit card company or bank. Please be advised that unjustified chargebacks may lead to the termination of your account with us and/or legal action to recover due amounts.
Termination of Service
Tokavo reserves the right to terminate your account or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior. In the event of account termination or refusal of service, we will issue a refund for any orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
