Ordering

1. How do I place an order?It’s super simple! Just visit our website, choose your desired product, and fill in the required customization details such as recipient type, size, print/embroidery preference, number, name, logo placement, and upload a logo (if any). Then, add the item to your cart. Once you’re ready to checkout, go to the payment page to enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.

2. Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?Yes, you can request changes to your order (such as size, quantity, or personalized information) or cancel it within 6 hours of placing the order. After this window, your item may already be in production, and modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

3. Can I track my order status?Absolutely! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment via our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

Shipping

1. How much does shipping cost?Standard shipping costs $6.99 per order.

2. How long does shipping take?Shipping time typically takes about 7-12 business days (excluding order processing time).

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective item or if we made an error with your order, you may request a free replacement or a full refund. Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item, and the product must be unused and in original condition.

2. Who covers return shipping costs?If the issue is on our end, you won’t need to return the item, and there will be no return shipping fees. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy page.

3. How long does it take to receive a refund?Once we process your refund request, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

1. Is there a cancellation fee?You may cancel your order for free within 6 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
