We greatly appreciate your trust and are committed to providing a transparent and smooth experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, especially since our baseball jerseys are personalized and may be printed or stitched based on your request.
1. Order Changes or Cancellations – Within 4 Hours
Each jersey is personalized with your selected name, number, and size. You have up to 4 hours after placing your order to:
- Request changes to your order (e.g., name, number, size, shipping address, etc.)
- Cancel your order and receive a full refund

Include your order number and the details you wish to change
After 4 hours, your jersey will go into production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
2. Defective Product – Free Replacement or Full Refund
If your jersey arrives with a confirmed defect, you may choose between:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
Qualifying issues include:
- Name, number, or logo is different from what you submitted
- Incorrect size sent (e.g., you ordered M but received L)
- Printing or stitching errors, or damage during shipping
No need to return the defective jersey. You may donate or gift it if you wish.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos (use a measuring tape for size issues)
3. Non-Returnable Cases – Personalized Product Policy
As your jersey is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect name, number, or logo submitted by the customer
- Wrong size selected due to not consulting our size chart
- Change of mind after the 4-hour adjustment window
- The jersey has been worn, washed, stained, or damaged after delivery
Since each jersey is printed or stitched based on your request, it cannot be reused or resold. Please double-check all details before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to help!
4. Lost Packages – We’ve Got You Covered
If your order is lost or not received even though tracking shows “Delivered”:
- Check your mailbox, delivery area, with neighbors, or building staff
- Review any security camera footage, if available
- Contact your local post office for delivery confirmation

- Your order number
- Full shipping address
- Confirmation from your local post office (if available)
We will either resend your jersey or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for:
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided
- Deliveries that were refused or redirected
5. Refund Timeline
Once approved, your refund will:
- Be processed within 24 hours
- Be issued to your original payment method
Refund timeframes:
- PayPal: 3–7 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 7–10 business days

Your jersey is a personalized product, with your chosen name, number, or logo printed or stitched onto it. As such, we cannot accept returns for incorrect information, wrong size selections, or changes of mind. However, if there's a production defect or shipping issue, we will fully support and resolve the problem.
